Spiritualism Poetry of Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai
The book is the latest addition to the treasure of research and literary contribution, in the form of English translation of selected verses of the great Sufi poet Shah Abdul Latf Bhitai. The responsibility of translating Shah Latif’s poems, popularly known as “Baits” has been fulfilled by a relatively known person in literary circles, and he has proved to be well versed with the thought process and spiritual quest of the great poet. He has attempted to arrange the “Baits” according to the gradual mental and spiritual elevation of the poet from simpler to more complicated states of mind and soul. It is my privilege to present this book with the hope that the general public as well as students and intellectuals would benefit from this translation of the “Risalo”, the Message of love, peace and harmony for the entire humanity.

Halakandi & Halaas in Historical Perspective
Hala family of Hala Town
This article is the history of a town Halakandi and Halaa tribe who are the clan of the Jats, and who in Sindh (Pakistan) are concentrated mostly in Hala Taluka and its vicinity. There are different opinions about the origin of Halakandi and Hala tribe but, it is likely that Hala Tribe came to known before 1203 AD i.e. 600 Hijri. My research proves its origin existed to almost days of Christ. Hala town is situated to left bank of Indus River at distance of 36 miles in Hyderabad city. It is a Literary, Religious and Spiritual town, and is also famous in the subcontinent for its Craft & Art work for Pottery, Wood, special type of Cloth printing and Cloth Weaving in beautiful designs. While writing this book I have tried to trace history and ancestral tree of Halaahs. How far I bave been successful, the readers will judge but I hope that some one else in future, will further add and improve history of my tribe / clan.
